Privacy Policy

Information StreetLight handles

We may handle your name, contact details and the information you voluntarily include in communications, support requests or refund enquiries. We also handle purchase and entitlement records supplied by our commerce provider and information reasonably necessary to administer product licences and customer service.

We use this information to respond to you, administer entitlements, provide support, handle refunds and maintain necessary business records. Please send only information relevant to your request. Never send passwords, brokerage credentials, payment-card details or account-access information.

Paddle and payments

Paddle processes transaction, payment and customer information for purchases it handles as Merchant of Record/reseller. StreetLight does not directly collect or store raw payment-card information. Paddle’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

NinjaTrader licensing

NinjaTrader performs applicable licensing and authentication functions through its User-Based Vendor Licensing system. StreetLight may administer customer entitlement information needed for that process. StreetLight does not operate a separate device-level licensing telemetry system. NinjaTrader’s services are subject to its own privacy practices and terms.

Website and product tracking

StreetLight does not use product behavioural analytics or product telemetry for launch. This website does not implement StreetLight advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Services you choose to visit through external links operate under their own privacy policies.

Newsletter functionality is not currently implemented. Purchasing a product or contacting us does not automatically enrol you in marketing communications.

Sharing and retention

Information may be handled by service providers where reasonably necessary for business communications, commerce, licensing administration or customer support, or disclosed when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, customer service, applicable legal obligations and necessary business records. Service providers may process information outside Canada under the laws applicable to them.

Safeguards and your choices

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no electronic communication or storage method is entirely secure. Please keep sensitive trading and account-access information out of support messages.

Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any records we are legally required to retain.
