Our products and purchases

TapeDeck™ Copier and Cassette Deck™ are locally installed software for NinjaTrader Desktop. TapeDeck Copier costs $79 USD one-time, Cassette Deck costs $79 USD one-time, and the bundle costs $120 USD one-time. There is no subscription and no required renewal. Applicable taxes and the final transaction total are shown at checkout.

Your personal licence

A purchased licence is personal to one individual customer. Subject to applicable law, you may not share the licence with others, redistribute the software, sublicense it or resell it. StreetLight retains ownership of the software and its intellectual property; a purchase grants a licence to use it, not ownership of its source code or branding.

Licensing and authentication use NinjaTrader’s User-Based Vendor Licensing mechanisms where applicable. Use remains subject to the applicable NinjaTrader terms.

Updates and support

Your purchase includes 12 months of product updates and standard support, beginning on the purchase date. Your purchased licence does not expire merely because that included period ends.

Future major product generations, substantial compatibility upgrades or extended support may be offered separately. The purchase does not include lifetime updates or lifetime support. StreetLight does not promise indefinite compatibility with future versions of NinjaTrader Desktop, Windows, brokers, data providers, prop firms or other third-party systems.

For installation, activation, technical help or diagnostics, contact StreetLight Support. Do not send passwords, brokerage credentials or other sensitive account-access information.

Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns

For transactions it handles, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record/reseller and handles payment, order and refund processing. Your payment transaction is subject to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms, while StreetLight supplies the software licence and product support. StreetLight does not store raw payment-card information.

Our Refund Policy provides a voluntary 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. It does not limit cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that applicable law provides.

Responsible operation

You are responsible for your trading decisions, account selection, orders and compliance with broker, prop-firm, platform and data-provider rules. Read the product documentation and validate operation in SIM before using live accounts. Monitor the software and your accounts; software is not a substitute for supervision or a guarantee against loss.

Trading involves substantial risk. StreetLight software and content do not provide individualized investment or financial advice or guarantee profitability. Copying can multiply exposure and losses. TapeDeck synchronizes positions; it does not guarantee identical fills or account results. Read the Disclosures.

Availability and limitations

Software and third-party services can experience faults, interruptions, rejected orders, latency or compatibility changes. Except for rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, the software is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for your particular trading objectives.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StreetLight is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses arising from your trading decisions or third-party systems. StreetLight’s total liability arising from the software is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer protections, or liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Privacy, changes and applicable law

Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is handled. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable Canadian law, subject to mandatory protections available to you under applicable law. Nothing here waives consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may update these terms for future purchases or changes in our services. Publishing revised terms does not retroactively remove the purchased licence or the included update and support entitlement.
